Here is how this homo poaches a yummy egg… get a pot. put some water in it, should be enough to cover the egg if you put it in with its shell on, secret ingredient, one splashy of vinegar. Very important. Then bring water to a rolling boil (that means when its all bubbly all the time. The stir the water a bit in a circle i like to go clockwise and make an egg vortex! Then crack egg into the little whirlpool you created (fun!)…..then turn down heat a bit and patience….it will be pretty floaty and you can gently poke it to see if its still super soft or wait aprox 3 mins then take out your egg and wow your friends with a poachy egg breakfast, it makes everything look so classy! amazing!
Holy crap, this was one intensely delicious trip to taste town. Hold on to your teeth people…mustard seed geno salami, mandoline shaved tomatoes and radish, crispy fiddle heads, jalapeno and asparagus. Layer with bechamel cheese sauce with garlic, black truffle salt and cheese curds, add one more salami slicey…omg you’re not done? No!
